Front and rear Bilstein question for Leveled Truck...Thanks!

I'm looking at purchasing some new front and rear shocks/struts but I'm a little confused when looking price to order them. For example at Top Gun Customzs they list the following:

2 Bilstein Monotube Gas Struts 04-08 Ford F150 4x4 with 0" Lift

....Now when it ask "with 0" Lift" does that mean the shock will provide 0 lift or what the truck has you are install the shock to?

I have a 2.5 HBS Level on my front and no aftermarket lift on rear, would I order the following for my application? (05 F-150 4X4 2.5 Level):

2 Bilstein Monotube Gas Struts 04-08 Ford F150 4x4 with 0" Lift
2 Bilstein Rear Monotube Gas Shocks 04-08 Ford F150 4x4

and/or would this set be perfect:

Thanks in advance!

Bilstein does offer adjustable shocks for lift but those shocks you listed will not lift your truck. Those shocks will work fine with your level kit too. Go for it, I hear the ride difference is unbelievable.

It means these shocks are an exact replacement for your stock OEM shocks. Use them if you have 0 lift in the rear, and want the front to sit at 0 lift.

Full set on ebay

I have a level kit and plan on doing a AAL in the rear.....BUT....Is that still considered to be a 0 lift?

Does the kit say you need to replace your shocks, or will it work with your OEM shocks?
