KYB has always made great shocks for motorcycles and cars but I've never seen a review on a set of their shocks on a truck.

 

I searched the site a little and found mixed reviews. Sounds like you just have to be careful what series you go with as some were found to be too soft. If you have not already do a search on it, a decent amount of results are returned you may find helpful.

 

I guess the main reason I asked is my Bro in Law can get me his discount on these shock since he works at carquest .. I could probably get them at 10% above cost. I really want a good shock but some of the better ones are around 100.00 each... I am thinking about going to Firestone next week .. I called and they said they would crank the torsion bars , level the truck and front end alignment for 125.00.. I think thats a fair deal..

Also been looking at some other shocks.. My old 1993 F150 had bruisers on it and it road pretty smooth .. But I dont really like Gabe's...
