Installing Lift

I am going to be buying i think a 6" Fabtech lift, not a 100% sure on brand yet, but 6' lift during winter. I was wandering if anyone has done the installation and what they went by. My father and I are pretty mechanicaly inclined but if its one of those things thats easier for the shop to do it I would like to know. Also any write ups on it, I have looked but havent found any. Thanks.

I did mine myself with the help of a couple friends and alot of people one here have installed one themeselves. I say do it yourself and save the money for some rims and tires.

I did my lift with help in a day! Fabtech 6" dirtlogic lift! Its alot easier than you'd think! As long as your careful and have a resonable amount of space to do the job you should be fine! Just take your time!

I had intended on doing a write up, but regret to say I got caught up in the install and never really did one!

the only thing that might slow you down is if your getting Fabtech and get the basic lift you'll have to have away to take apart your coil-packs to install the new shock/strut!

Good luck and I look forward to seeing some pics!

Cheers

Nem
