Alignment after leveling passenger and driver side height?

It's a 03 F150 FX4 stock. I cranked the passenger side torsion bar just enough to gain 1/2 inch in height to level the driver and passenger side out. I'm NOT trying to level the front with the back. Will this 1/2 in. passenger side height increase require the front end to get re-aligned? Should I just watch my tires and see how it handles? I have an older set of BFGoodrich All-Terrains on it right now. I had it aligned a couple of years ago, and a camber kit was installed then. Thanks for any help.

I would have to guess that any changes in the torsion bar would change the toe-in, which in return would start eating away on the outside edge of that tire. If the tires are older it might not be that big a'deal. If you're looking to get 20-30k more out of them, I'd probably go ahead and do the alignment.

I've got 80,000 on them now, and I hope to get another 10,000 or so out of them. They have all had pretty even wear accept for one tire which had some more wear on the inside. I only drive about 7,000 miles a year with that truck now. If I decide to wait, I might take photos of the passenger side tire and see if I can notice any changes.

it will change your camber, which then changes your toe.

And i would recommend an alignment every 20-30k just a preventative maintenance item
