Alright im getting an '03 Screw 5.4liter FX4. I want to do the 3in PA BL & the fabtech 6in SL. But i also want to have a big tex brushgaurd is this possible to keep a brushguard with the body lift does someone make a bracket or anything? I would like to know about this cause im working on saving up the money and how hard is installing the BL and SL?

 

most of the time brackets can be fabricated. I don't know of any one that manufactures them for our trucks. I wish I could find someone. I think Im gonna do a google search and see what I can find. If I find anything on that, I'll let ya know. I have a BL as well and am looking into getting a brushguard

The only reason I haven't body lifted my truck is I love my grill guard and don't have anyone to make the brackets that are needed

 

Similar setup to a buddy of mine. He just fabbed up some brackets and it is better than new. If you want to go big, usually some custom is involved

i was wanting to put a go industries big tex on with a body lift but idk about it now

 

honestly, its really not that hard.

its simple fabrication, look at the mounting points and find a way to get the bumper to mount 3" higher (or whatever the amount of lift)

make sure you brace everything and make good welds,
