'05 F150 2WD S-Crew Drop Leafs didn't lower as expected. Do they need time to settle?

This past weekend I installed Eibach's 2/3 kit with Ground Force 2" Shacle kit and Eibach's Pro Damper Kit. The front measure out to have been a perfect 2" drop using coils and struts. But the rear isn't measuring up. In the rear on the passenger side it only lowered 3" and in the rear driver's side, it lowered 3.25" using 3" lowered leafs, 2" drop shackles, Eibach shocks and pinion wedges. To me, I should be riding atleast another 1" to 1.5". Does anyone have ANY idea why the hell this is? Do the leafs need more time to settle? Its been 2 full days. I have talked to 2 people who used 3" Eibach leafs on their F150s and neither had this problem. Anyone else have this issue? The rear suspension is pretty straight forward, not sure how I could have possibly messed up on the install. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!
