Stabilizer bar!

My 1993, F-150, flareside kingcab, was in a wreck from a semi truck tire and rim that blew off of the semi trailer as I was driving on I-95. It was the most sudden impact that I ever had in my life, when my truck front end hit the 200lb rim/tire at 70MPH.

It collapsed the entire right front end and sent me 4 feet into the air. When the truck hit the pavement, I had no steering, no brakes and slid 550 feet to the shoulder as the semi truck rim found its way under my rear end and finally popped out the opposite side. The damage was all front end and rear end structure.

I just now discover that the body shop never installed a new/used stabilizer bar link to the stabilizer bar. It is completely missing. I know the body shop will say that they fixed my truck, but does anyone know how much it will cost me to fix this?
