Adding rear blocks, need to realign??

As I stated in another post, I'm just adding OEM 1 5/8" rear blocks to my 2wd F150. Do I need to realign? Also, will I need to re-aim the headlights? Thank you.

You talking about a wheel alignment? Not necessary or possible on the rear, you should be able to tell on your own if the headlights need re-aimed

Any reason you are wanting to increase the rake on your truck? If its for hauling purposes I would add a leaf verses a block.
