Front lift?

I have a 2008 reg cab, 2wd truck. I'm adding the OEM Ford lift blocks in the back (the ones that come standard on 4x4s). I know I'm going to end up with a SUPER rake. Wont really bother me, but, if I wanted to raise the front a bit, what should I use? I still would like some rake. To be honest, I'd really like to have the stance of a stock 4x4. Not trying to fool anyone, I just really like how those trucks sit stock. That said, does anyone know how much higher a stock 4x4 sits in the front compared to a 2wd? All I've seen are the 2.5" AS and that seems like a bit much in terms of hight. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

4x4's are 2 inches taller. I'd add a 2 or 2.5 inch Autospring leveling kit up front.

Do they offer a 1.5" AS? I'd still like to keep a good amount of rake. If I was to go 2" or 2.5" I'd have less of a rake than I do now since the block I'm adding is the OEM 1 5/8". Thanks for the reply!

i think the 2" will make you happy. generally 2.5" levels those trucks out. since you are add nearly 2" to the back and 2" AS still keeps a little rake on a stock truck you may actually have more rake than a stock 4x4 and still have the raised appearance.

i hope this makes sense. still seems kinda vague in the way i put it, but i tried. haha.

Totally gotcha man. I definitely appreciate your reply.

Are the Autosprings hard to install? As in, hard for a dude who doesn't know anything about this sort of thing? haha
