Clunking

I have a clunk in the rear whenever i go over bumps has anyone ever had this and what was there problem?

i have a 6" fabtech lift

This may seem a little too obvious but do you have a hitch in your reciever? My hitch bounces and "clunks" when I hit bumps.

Its fairly audible too, if I did not know that it was my hitch I would be quite concerned.
