U-Bolt torque specs?

On Friday I'm going to add some OEM 1 5/8" blocks in the back. I bought them from HiVoltage14.4 (awesome guy to deal with I might add) and I have the larger U-bolts that go with them.

What are the torque specs for the U-bolts? I have access to a torque wrench and just want to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. Also, I'm guessing the best way to add these is to just jack up the leaf springs on each side one at a time?

Thanks for any input.

I dont think there are torque specs for the U-bolts when I put my AAL in I never read or have seen anything about making sure you meet torque specs. I just turned the bolt till it wouldnt move anymore.

Thanks for the replies. Also, to aPINCHbetter90: Did you have to re-tighten them at all? Did they loosen up at all?

Last question..

When adding these 1 5/8" blocks in the back, do I need to re-align the vehicle and re-aim the headlights?
