I haven't loked at anyones angles who have just the 2.5" AS, but I would think like you b/c the 6" lift put's the CV's and balljoints pretty much to stock settings.

Those angles aren't near what mine were with the 2" bilsteins. FX4, yours are set at the 2" setting right? Mine looked more like the OP's angles.

So.... I know i might have asked this question and it is prob in the text some where, if you get the shocks the angels wont be as bad as if if you get the spacer.

It will depend on what size spacer. If it's a 2.5" spacer it will look like mine do which is what I'm trying to get away from. A 2" spacer and the 2" bilsteins will both have the same angle and same amount of stress on your ball joints. The shocks would eliminate stacked spacers.

Thanks I went with the 1.5 spacer to be safe but think i will eventually get the blistens. Still waiting on lift to be installed. The more i look at this site i want to go with 37's and a body lift on top of the 6"

I just read the Thread that XPerties posted. He just had the 2.5" spacer instaled w/o any other lift and his ball joints are just as bad as mine IMO. I've never looked at anyones ball joints who had the 2.5" spacer on. But after seeing this then a lot of peoples ball joints must be under stress. Here are the links to a few pic's.

Did you look at the pic's in the links I posted? Those appear to be close to mine. I'm not going to say everyone who has the 2.5" leveling spacers ball joints are the same, but these look pretty bad. IMO

I'd have to agree, your's are not as bad. I measured the actual spacer that I have and it measures 1-7/8". Is this a 2.5" or 3" spacer?
