You didn't say if you have a 4x4 or 4x2. For a 4x2, I'd suggest the 6 or 7.5 inch Fabtech lift. If you have a 4x4, I'd suggest the 6 inch Fabtech or RCD lift. Most people run 35's with these lifts.

If you only want to put 33's in, the only way to make them look like they fit your truck is to level it out with either new adjustable shocks or a leveling kit. If you want to do a full suspension lift really anything more than a level you should go with 35's otherwise its just going to look funny.

well since you got an 02 you can just crank the torsion bars a little bit and run 33x12.5's pretty easily i think. my buddy had a 98 and it looked good with 33's

3" Performance Accessories Body Lift and 315/75/16's on a nice set of 16" wheels or 315/70/17 on some 17" wheels

But for just 33's you dont need a lift just crank your t-bars, I ran a 3" body lift and 285/75r16 on my truck and i got tired of the look very quickly.

Just crank and put the 33's on, even on 10 inch wide wheels it'll fit. So much cheaper
