6in lift comming what size reciver for towing?

6in lift comming what size reciver for towing?

Just wondering what size drop down i will need for a towing reciver with a 05 f150 4x4 with a 6in lift kit if i measure correctly i know that its saposta be approximatly 18in off of the ground for normal towing so if i do my math correctly thinking 11 1/2 or 12in drop down.. just thinking ahead have about 2 weeks befor i install just wanted to know what size and where i may be able to get one of these big ol drop downs or need to have custom made? THANKS

seriously? no one has a 6in lift and pulls stuff come on just throw me a bone here

well i have a 5 1/4 drop and its short with my 8" lift, i need to measure to see were it actually sits from the ground

really thats it? what kinds of stuff are yall pulling i know it sort of depends on that.... but if its like a utilitly trailer or even a car trailer idk how thats working for you because I would think that trailer would be loser in the back because of the higher reciver hight? or are you using that 5 1/4 and getting a level trailer with the truck? if so what are you pulling

really i only pull my little 2 man boat and my 4 wheeler but you should be fine with a 5-6" drop

i have a 6" drop, my rear fender arches are at 45 1/2 puts trailer about perfect for me.

truck has a 6" lift + AAL in the rear

I have a 5 3/4" Rapid Hitch and it works great.
