Bilstein 5150 Series Shocks

I am looking into putting 1.5" or 2" blocks in the rea of my truck and wanted to get new shocks. Would these work or are they not right for my type of application?

You can use your stock shocks if you wish. Stock height shocks can be used on up to 2" of lifted applications. But if you want new shocks you can get the ride height adjustable or stock height aftermarket replacements. Is there a reason you want the 5150's specifically? You can use these but you will need to measure the expandable and collapsible lengths you would need (this is the same for 5125's).

Your other options are 5100 Ride Height Adjustable's or Bilstein HD's (stock height).

Aftermarket replacements as they give you better quality, longer life and better performance. They would be priced from most expensive to cheapest in this order - 5150, 5125, 5100, Heavy Duty.

I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have or can give you a quote on the products we carry.

You could but they cost more than the 5100s or the HDs and doesn't really make much sense. 5125's are for abnormal size lifts, which up to 2" are not. You can either go with the 5100s or the stock height HDs.
