good replacement shocks?

I figure its time to replace my shocks right now so I was wondering what would be a decent set that wouldn't break the bank?

I just got a catalog from lmc and they have kyb's for a fairly decent price so I was wondering about peoples experiences with those.

I was also looking to change out most of the front suspension bushings as there is a really annoying squeak coming from the front of the truck that is probably steering and suspension related.

its for a 97 f150 4x4

Bilstein or Edelbrock are good options for the money. Actually, you can't beat the deal that www.shockwearhouse.com has; Bilstein under $300 for set of 4 with free shipping.

No problem. I would really like to buy Bilsteins for my truck since they are only like $266 but don't know if they will work with the truck being lowered.

Yes, they are 10% off right now, we're also offering 20% off brake pads if you order a full set of shocks and brake pads.

GB, give us a call and we can let you know if Billies will fit your drop.

I really like the Monroe Reflex Monotubes. I put them on the truck and the girlfriends Blazer. They are a nice firm shock designed for trucks and SUV's.
