Here it is! Fabtech 6" Dirtlogic Installed!

After a painful LONG wait for Fabtech to fill the missing alignment cams the lift is finally installed!

Had all the parts been there and correct for the truck, (U-bolt nuts and washer were too big for the U-bolts and the Impact Struts were too short... however I made the shorter tubes work with some finese) I would have had it completed nearly a week ago! Total time to do the lift was around 7 hours! Thats with plenty of the right tools and at least one reliable person to help!

Here are a few poser pics to get started! Soon I hope to actually get it in the dirt where it belongs!

Enjoy:

Here you can see I difinately need to go up another 1.5 to 2 inches to get level! Thinking about a set of full 6" leaf packs, but might just go with an add-a-leaf?

Drives like a dream! Alot smoother than I had anticipated based on several others claiming a rough ride with the DL's!

Please feel free to comment! Any suggestions on AAL's would be greatly appreciated! I'm aslo going to order a set of N-Fab step rails as I have some nasty rub on the OEM running boards!

Cheers and Enjoy

If you didnt wanna mess with AAL, you can get a lift shackle for just as cheap, and would be easier to install.

Search for lift shackles, and its the thread started by chaz150, on the second page he posts a link. I would link it but my work computer won't let me.

thanks for all the comments!

Right now I'm thinking about holding off on the NFabs and going with a 6" leaf pack by ICON! Anyone have any experience with ICON?

Thanks again

Tires are TOYO MT's 35X12.50X18 and the Wheels are the new American Racing ATX Punisher's (Black Chrome) @ 9" wide!

Thanks for the comments!

Cheers
