AS leveling kit

Hello, I am trying to decide on weather or not to put on a as 2"-2-1/2" leveling kit on my 06 supercrew with 6-1/2' bed. It has almost exactly a 2-1/2" rake right now, but I'm concerned about if I tow a heavy trailer or load once in a while. Also everyone says the ball joints wear quicker. I was just wondering if it is really bad for the truck to do this, or if I'm just getting the wrong impression here. I am looking for any kind of feedback possible on the issue. Thank You in advance.

Well a leveling kit will speed up the wear on the front suspension, but there have been many people on here thats had them for many of miles and still doing good. I have a 06 and I went with the 2 inch and my truck sits maybe a tad high to almost dead level. If I would have went with the 2.5 I would have definitely had to put a block in right away to get rid of the sag.

if you tow a heavy trailer a lot you can always get their rear add a leaf and that will give you some extra help for the rear i got the 2.5 in front and 3" block in rear but i dont tow very much or haul anything heavy and i think it looks great

I have an 06' with a 6.5' bed 4x4 and I put a 2.5" kit and it sits dead level.

Mines not a SCREW but everything I towed sagged like a ****, especially with 2" up front. Bought a set of supersprings and eliminated the sag
