Lift questions

I've got myself 2" lifting blocks for my 1997 F-150 4x4 and want to put them in on my week off from work but I'm not sure how I'm going lift up the front end to match. I know about using the torsion bars to lift and apparently lifting keys are a waste of time so any suggestions will be a great help. I'm going to try and start today.

Since your truck is 4x4, I am not sure that a 2" blocks will help. I know on the 2004+ they already have 2" blocks, not sure about your 97. You may need to go to a 3" block. As far as your front end you can crank your torsion bars.

I agree. Your truck already has a 2 inch lift block. I'd crank up the torsion bars and then decide if you want to replace your rear lift block with a 3 or 4 inch block.

My buddy had a 97 with the torsion bars cranked and he added a 2" block to the back on top of his stock 2", i wouldn't reccomend stocking them but a 4" block would look nice. He had 33's on it and it was pretty sweet.
