Rear End Shim on Pro Comp???

Is there any reason why Pro Comp's 6" lift does not come with a shim for your rearend? My pinion seal went out on my truck due to the angle of my shaft. Warranty will not cover this.

Don't you have your truck bumped up to 8"? From what I understand none of the 6" its supply a shim because they aren't really needed. It's only when you get up to 8"+ that you're angles get bad. I could be wrong thugh. I know I need to either extend my driveshaft or get a shim because mine is out a good 2" or so and i have a vibration when I let off the gas at highway speeds.

The front is bumped up to 8". The rear is only 5" higher than factory. If I took the spacer out up front my truck would sit level. There are a few people who have the Procomp with the 5.5" block in the rear. Do ya'll have a shim also or just the 5.5" block?
