What time of suspension does the '06 4x4 supercrew 5.4 have in the front?? is it struts?? if so is it even worth it to get new shocks to help the ride smooth out.... I have a 6" suspension with 35's my ride isnt bad by any means but is there any way to improve it??

Your truck has coilover shocks, which are similar to, and somtime mistakenly refered to as struts. What type of coilovers and rear shocks do you have now? A lot of ride quality is affected by your tires. I'd start there and check the air pressure. I've always had good luck with 40 psi in truck tires for daily driving. Most shops in my area tend to just inflate tires to the maximum psi listed on the tires sidewall. Trust me, dropping from 60 to 40 psi makes a huge difference in ride quality.
