Hey whats up, so i hit almost 80 000 k's on my truck, its starting to handle like crap. Like when i run over rough roads now it feels like it s gona bounce off the road, and its nose divin around corners. Just looking for some advice on suspension upgrades, and handling options. Like do they make a good sway bar for this truck? I have an 05-f150 4.6. And if i just got really good shocks and stiffer springs you think this would help, or add a leaf? It just doesnt handle like it did when i bought the truck. And replacing all bushings you thinK? I DUNNO havent studied much on suspension for these trucks, just wish it would handle better. Any advice would be great, thanks

Bilsteins will help immensely. Moderator Bluejay recently had some installed oh his truck. Message him about them, he's got very good advice.

 

The main thing is to replace your shocks. You do not need anything else. Get a set of Bilsteins, Ranchos, or other decent shock.
