My truck doesn't sit that high now, about 2" above tire in the front and 4" in the rear.

I remember hearing that you could lower the front about 2" in the front just by replacing/cutting the spring and you could still correct the alignment.

Can anyone confirm that and does anyone know of an alignment shop in the MD/DC area that has done lowered fords?
