Bilstein HD or SP?

Im currently building my truck with a built 5.4L and its time for some new shocks. Im keeping it around the stock ride height, i might lower the back to level it out. If i will do towing on the weekends what bilsteins do y'all recommend? also are new springs recommended?

For stock height Bilstein HD's otherwise Bilstein's for lifted if you decided to go that route. They are reputed as the best around.
