honestly id look into a set of Toyo Open Country MT's, Mickey Thompson MTZ's, or even BFG KM2's

i think theres more tires out there that will work better for you.
Toyo MT=

If money is an issue and you dont NEED the mt's i would get an a/t tire. MT'S in that size just arent worth it IMO. Expensive and you wont get your money's worth from the tread life.

Some good tires to chose from:
Toyo a/t, Nitto terra grappler, bfg a/t (a bit expensive in that size but you will get better mileage than an m/t), Mickey Thompson atz (very agressive tread)

If you must get an MT then get the Toyo IMO.

help me out here guys. im not so concerned on price but if im gonna throw a curve. if i threw a leveling kit with fiberglass fenders, i would be able to tuck 35s correct? im more concerned on my bed issue. i need a intermediate on the way to my dixon kit. i wanna throw 4.56s but was thinking because of my range of tire height only being limited to a 33 i wouldnt exactly like the gear ratio. if there would be a way i could raise it up a tad to tuck 35s i wouldnt have to 1 spend money on 33s, and 410s, and 2 regear twice. sound logical to everyone else? i just dont know if 35s will tuck under a stock bed. can anyone attest to it? throw me your opinions

yes, you have a 4x4 so you dont need to buy a leveling kit just crank your stock torsion bar adjustment keys untill the truck is level.

That PLUS fiberglass fenders will easily clear 35's then the back will clear no problem, if you need to add alittle more clearance than buy an add-a-leaf.

If you want to clear 35's WITHOUT fiberglass fenders then you will have to crank the torsion bar adjustment keys all they way up and mount the tires on stock wheels. (i perfer the other method WITH fiberglass fenders)

yes with articulation yes it probably will.

best way to avoid this.

1. torsion bars cranked to level
2. Fiberglass fenders
3. 35" tires
4. wheels with 4.5" of backspacing... if you can find some with 4" of backspacing go with those. This will push the tires further out and allow for more clearance from the frame. With the fiberglass fenders you wont have to worry about clearance there because most of them that ive seen allow for 37's so i think the width of a 4" backspacing wheel will be fine.

You are asking ALOT of the stock suspension, btw

haha oh i know but its only until the money is saved for the dixon bros kit.
hmm you think a 33 with 410s would be better possibly?
i mean idk the only reason i say 35s is because i already have 32s on there and the difference to 33s is not so significant. i dont wanna waste money on 33s that will look goofy with fiberglass and long travel.

so im kinda stuck which sucks.
i definitely dont wanna regear twice. so im tryin to figure out my best option.

my torsion bars are already cranked so that helps a bit.
its not so much that im gonna be getting extremely crazy with the 4x4 as far as speed and such.

but i just want a middle where i can gain ground on the project without having to retrace my steps you know?
