Stock rear 4x2 suspension setup?

Whats the stock setup for an 04+ 4x2 as in the height of the rear springs as well as the rear block?

It depends on the tires and if it had the towing package, I would think. My 05 was 36" at the top center of the fender opening. Also, there is no block on the 4x2.

So how many inches of lift do the stock leaf springs provide?

I have no idea other than it was way too much! I lowered mine 2".

The height of a "lift" is defined by the amount it lifts a truck over the factory configuration. A truck with the stock leaf springs has 0 inches of lift.

If this is not what you are asking, please clarify the question.

I mean the lift as in the difference between the bed and the axle. The leaf spring adds height, I need to know how much.
