Upgrade suspension springs

I have a 95 f150 I6 forest ranger truck and I need to lift the front end 2"-3" and don't know my stock load and free hieght on my stock springs. I need to know that to know what size springs i need to buy or have made.
If anyone can help me out with this it will be greatly apreciated
I'm going to be jumping the truck ocaionally

Doesn't matter that much, just call your local Oreillys or Napa and ask for part number CC824 which is the heavy duty front spring and will usually give you around 2" lift.

I would just order a 4 inch lift with extended radius arms if you are going to be jumping it. That will get you more wheel travel. The problem with just puting taller springs in is there is no axel drop brakets and your arms are still to short!
