Thumbs down 1986 F-150 2wd ride quality "please help"

I have a 1986 F-150 single cab 2wd 8' bed 5.0.
I have gone through the entire truck, new drive train front to back, new suspension complete including all steering components, upgraded front end to a 1994 ibeam system. (done at dealer). I have the heavy duty front springs in it and had the rears re-arched and had a leaft added for extra support. I have tried several shock combinations on this truck. I had the cheap shocks, then rancho rs5000 series front and back, now monroe sensatracs in front and gabriel heavy duty in back. rides very rough. I would love to get this truck to ride smooth. Wheels are cragar ss 18"x8" with 275/60-15 BFG radial t/a tires. any suggestions on spring combinations and where to get them. Please help. I have invested about 18-19K and this is the last obstacle.

I will post pics when I get home
