2.5" AS Leveling Kit question

Anyone hearing a clunking noise when hitting bumps after installing a 2.5" AS Leveling Kit? Just wondering if this is normal.

I have been wondering the same thing, I installed the Hell Bent Steel 2.5" and hear it most of the time when I am turning and hit a bump

Some of the kits cause the coilspring to contact the control arm at full suspension droop. Autospring started designing their kit with a slight offset to prevent this.

I haven't noticed any clunking yet, but I've only had it on for a week. I'll pay more attention.

so the clunking is no big deal? 2006FX4, do you have a picture of your truck with the 2.5" AS and the 3" Block? I am thinking about doing the block in the back.

I had the same problem on the driver side. Turned out to be that the lower sway bar was not installed right. Tightened the sway bar back up and solved all the issues.
