Lift thoughts..?

Okay guys, so I think I know what I want to do...
4-5" Rough Country Suspension lift
3" PA body lift
35" tires
Does anybody have any pics of this set up? Will it be close to do what I have seen alot of...6" fabtech+ 3" body.
Will I be able to fit tires larger than 35? Also, I'm not sure what tires to choose. This truck will be my all around driver, and don't plan to do much mudding. I live in WI, so a tire that does good in snow would be nice too.
Thanks again.

FYI the legal amount of total lift is 9 inches in WI, that include suspension height increase and tire radius.

that's why if you wanna build a monster in WI, better have a 3/4 ton + or plan on getting hustled by the highway patrol

Wisconsin law says that vehicles with up to an 8,000-pound GVWR can be pushed 5 inches above the OE height, and the tires can be increased by up to 4 inches in radius over the factory size, equaling an acceptable 9-inch lift.

Thats weird that its only 9 in wisconsin because in illinois its like 16 or 17 but i could be wrong but i know its over 14 because my cousins dad had his with a 14" lift so i would think it would be around 16 or 17 or more because of the tires. But ATOM pretty much said it all.

it all depends on the trooper, i had a buddy get his truck condemned for being too high. he had a 6 susp 3 body and 38's on a 1500 Z71. you can get 35's on a 6 inch lift, why not just crank the 6 and throw 35's on? save you alot of work

4-5 and 3 inches 7-8 + tires size, depends on what tires you had 29-31's

I am going with the 4-5 inch lift because I was quoted 1500$ installed at a local shop versus 2700$ installed for a fabtech.... so idk...

Personally, I'd go with the Fabtech or RCD lift.

You can fit 35s on a 4" lift correct? I have seen most people with Ranchos have 35s. Personally I would go with a 4-5" lift w/ 35s. Thats just my .02

It's Wrights Cap and Camp. They charge $60 an hour and sell lifts. Located just south of Wisconsin Rapids, WI

you can risk it and try it, i have been followed and scoped out by state troopers on the interstate more than once. i wanted to go with a rize and i was unaware of the laws, i was gonna have paulon's in eau claire install a rize and i asked if it was legal and he said sure. well i happened to run into a buddy and he told me to check with the lift laws, good thing i did. i may just throw a spacer in my rancho and if i busted, just swap it back to and throw my winter tires on and get it signed off, go back and throw the 37's on
