08 2WD w/ FABTECH 6" LFT - 35's AND STOCK FX2 20'S

I'm about to install a 6" fabtech 2wd on my 08 stx.

I have 20" stock fx2 rims that i want to put 35x12.5x20's on.

the wheels refrenced are seen here

a) how do you think this will look? i have never seen these wheels with big tires on them

b) will it fit right with the offset/back spacing of the stock rims?

i am not against or afraid of getting spacers made either if i need to get the rims to stick out farther

please let me know

I had a 6" Fabtech with the stock lariat 20's with 35x12.5R20 Procomp Xtreme All-Terrains. I had to get a 1/4" universal spacer to make it not rub but it will work. I don't know if the wheels have the same offset but i would guess they do. But with a 1/2" spacer i guarantee they will work with a tire like the procomp xtreme all terrain the Nitto Mud Grappler might not work so well. But here are couple pictures
