I also have a 93 f-150 2wd I want to level out, I was wondering if your front tires bow in at the bottom like mine when you drive forward and bow out at the bottom when going backwards almost like the tire is loose but It's not I was wondering if you had the same issue or if It's just a defect I have.

I believe Daystar makes coilspring spacers for your truck. Any offroad accessory store should be able to get them.
