Best front end setup?

I just had my truck in the shop this week to replace both of front end wheel bearings that blew out. While it was their my mechanic saw that all of my ball joints, link ends are badly worn, and have tons of play in them.... I'm thinking of going with the Camburg UCA for increased strength their, but is their anything else to do for the lower, and the sway bar links? I was in the process of paying 1500 bucks for cuastom made king coilovers to replace my stock spring and rize lift arm, but then I realized I could prob get one made for a stock f150 right? If I leave the rize in, and bolt in the nbew coilover... Am i wrong, or is their a downside to this???
