You can not get shocks that lift...no such thing! Shocks do not lift anything as they do not support any weight what so ever.

Now I know what you're thinking...you see all these threads about the '04 and up guys buying shocks to lift the front of thier trucks. Completely different set-up. The shock doesn't lift thier trucks, it's the pre-load on the coil spring that provides the increased ride heigth. Same difference as cranking up the torsion bars on your truck.

crank the torsion bars up front - free

add-a-leaf out back - they goin for 150 or thereabouts now right?

easiest and cheapest lift youre gonna get.

Don't get snappy about it...that's not what you said in your original post! Also, cranking the torsion bars does not "lift" the truck, without going into too much detail, it simply alters the ride heigth. You would still require a stock shock. The ONLY thing that would require different shocks is an actual suspension lift. Cranking bars, body lift, etc, still take a stock length shock.
