When I turn the steering wheel sometimes I get a drawn out squeek that sounds like a cross between a sick goose and a whoopie cushion. More so when cold. It really feels and sounds close to the driver. Any grease points to look at or hints to try?

 

check the steering shaft where it exits the firewall.

do you have aftermarket headers on the truck?
