2001 F150 front end noise

My F150 4wd got hit in the left front wheel. Bent the tie rod. Anyway, it now has a "rrrrrrrrr" noise while driving, noise goes away when driving and suspension gets compressed [like a dip in the road].
Now the question, is it possible that something is bent and ruined the bearing?
Body shop says nothing is bent. The front end took an alignment.
But there is the noise. How can I check or measure the spindle, hub, driveshaft and check the bearing to make sure its all straight?

Thanks for any ideas.
