I've been doing some research and have looked through some threads on here too but I can't find what I am looking for. I already have Rancho's 4 inch suspension and would like to have Rancho steering stabilizers, but I can only find them for a 04. Will they work on a 07 too? Otherwise I will just go with Fabetechs. Just wanted to make sure before I make the jump on the Fabtechs

 

No, the new body style F-150's have a completely different steering system. Go with the Fabtech's.

All of the websites I've found that sell them say you MUST have the fabtech 6" suspension or for Fabtech cross members only. Will they still work with my Rancho?

 

Good question. I don't know. Maybe you can eyeball your lift and pics of the Fabtech and get an idea.
