I have a 03 supercrew 2wd and i want to get a little more lift. I already have the Fabtech 3.5" spindle but i want about 2" more lift. What can i get to get more lift?

You can add 2 inch Daystar coilspring spacers or a 3 inch body lift. Personally, I'd do both.

Well i dont want a body lift, maybe later if i want even more lift. Would i be able to get a new coil spring to get more lift like this one. Also would it ride better with that spring?

There is a member that recently installed Rough Country 2 inch lift springs. He is complaining about how much stiffer and rougher his ride is.

Oh, is there another spring i can get that will give me lift and a ok ride? I looked around for a 2" spacer but i couldnt find one. I found a 1.5" and a 2.5" spacers but the 2.5" requires a control arm. Also i want to get new shocks which would you recommend?
Are these good and can i use the shock for a 6" lift with my setup? Or would the Bilstein 5100 be a better choice?

I've read mixed reviews on the Pro Comp MX6's. Some say they are great, others say they are just ok. The Bilsteins would be a better choice. Also, since you have a spindle lift and are only adding a spacer or lift coils, you will need an oem replacement shock.

Depends on how much you lift/lifted the rear. OEM replacements should be fine if it's 2 inches or less.

Well im not sure how lift im gonna have in the rear i want the front a little higher than the back so either a 2" or a 2.5" block in the rear depends on how it looks, will it still work?

I'd try oem replacement blocks. Most aftermarket shocks are slightly longer than oem models.
