Torque Specs

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get the torque specs on the upper control arm where it meets the spindle? I'm putting a 2.5'' Top Gun leveling kit on my 2005 4wd. Thanks in advance.

My kit said 85 ft-lbs...don't have a torque wrench so I made a little clicking sound when I felt the veins in my forehead bulge ever so slightly.
