Yes Rancho is a good lift.

Pro is that it will alow you to run stock wheels or new wheels with stock backspacing (5.5").

Con is that is only a 4" lift... i originally only wanted a 4 - 4.5" lift and was ready to buy rancho or superlift. But then i relized that 4" just was not high enough. Also rancho 4" cost justy about as much or maybe even more then a 6" lift.

I just bought a 6" fabtech lift and before it has even been installed, i am really starting to like the looks of 8" lifts.

I would really think about a 6" lift if i was you. Becuase once you start going up it just never high enough.

If you do get a rancho you do have the option of adding a front spacer down the road and a new block or add a leaf to lift it up to 5.5 - 6".

i have the rancho on my truck. i yielded a tad over 5 inches of lift and so did colonelblue.

advantages: 1 piece subframe, ability to run stock rims, no spacers up front, no drilling completely bolt on (but like all kits, you need to trim the crossmember ear)

cons:cost is about the only one, but ya get what ya pay for

as for the lift height, i ran 35's on 20x10 with minimal rubbing, corner of the valance, but most guys have to cut that with anyways.

I'm running the Rancho on my truck. Its a great lift kit in my opinion. It would be my first choice again if I had the chance to do it all over again. You have to figure out which would be best for you because some people do wish they had gone bigger after lifting it.... lucky for me, I didn't... 4" is enough and all I want. And as ATOM stated, some people claim over 4" from the Rancho. I didn't measure my truck when stock, I went from having a 2.5" leveling kit, to the Rancho. If I can assume that the leveling kit actually gave me 2.5" from stock, then the Rancho would have given me a little over 5" as well, but I don't really know what it was. I'm running the stock 20's with Mickey Thompson ATZ (35x12.5x20) with no problems. I picked the lift up from 4 Wheel Parts when it was on sale with free shipping, it cost $1,800 with shocks included.
