wanting to lower my truck alil more will this work?

well i got a 04 4x4 supercrew...currently its got 2" drop shackles and i was wondering if i can remove the rear blocks and get shorter u-bolts and if so which ubolts do i need and where can i get them from....also i saw in a earlier thread someone lowered their 06 fx4 with belltech lowering strut...will this work with my 04 4x4 screw? the part # is 25001BLT on stylin concepts....is that all i need to get 2" more of a drop in the front and approx 2 more inches in the rear with the block removed?

thanks
