Unhappy 1 1/2 leveling kit and 3" PA body lift

I just put a 3" PA body lift and a 1 1/2 leveling kit on my 03 f150 2wd and the ride became extremely bumpy in the front. The person who installed told me this was because the leveling in the front compressed the coil and it makes it stiff like that. What do I need to get the truck back to riding smooth? Will new shocks and struts do the trick.... I think they are the originals that came with the truck.

Adding the spacers is going to make the initial portion of the front suspension's travel slightly stiffer. If you still have the OEM shocks they are probably worn out. New shocks would be a good investment.

I am running 33" pro comp all terrains, with 17" Mickey Thompson Classic looks. I am going to get the 6" pro comp suspension lift once I get approved for a credit card!
