Replaced OEM shocks.. Bouncy Ride

Sorry if this is in the wrong section I don't think its aftermarket because I replaced the OEM shocks and its still at stock level height... Anyways
I replaced my shocks and its been quite a while now though my truck rides way bouncy than it used to ride.. I was starting to think it was useless chaning the shocks..
Also do shocks have to make this weird noise when going over speed bumps. Sounds like a poofing sound almost... I replaced them with Monro sensatracs, there are pics in my album also the date I did them...
Should I replace the coils now.. or what?

btw Rodes here SUCK here in Saipan, Alot of bumps n uneven surfaces.. *******ing government!

Depending how stiff the Monro's are, you may be within tolerance of their specs. But if I was you, I would jump on the corners of your truck. If you hear poofing and when you hop off, it stops rocking quickly, then everything is fine. Its the constant rocking you need to worry about.
