I was wondering if you can use the rancho quicklift wireless controlled shocks with the 4"rancho suspension kit?

You're asking two different questions:
First you can use a number of the Rancho shocks with that lift, for example the R5000's, R9000xl's, etc.
Secondly if you want to use the wireless controller, they work with the RS9000xl and ProSeries shocks only.

Therefore, if you have the 4" lift and want the ride control shocks with the wireless controller, get the R9000xl shocks and the wireless controller is purchased and installed separately.
