I like the look of the back end up a bit higher. Even though it' already an inch or two higher, I'd like to raise the back another inch. How hard is it to install the add-a-leaf, are there other options and will it void my warranty? Thanks for your time.

 

You could also do a 1" lifting shackle and keep the factory ride.

 

Add a leaf might stiffen up your ride a bit. You could replace your stock block which would be your cheapest option. Your other option would be air bags. Then you could adjust your height. I just installed the add a leaf and I dont regret it. My truck is a FX4 crew cab which is heavier than yours. I personally dont notice any difference in the ride.

 

I noticed a stiffer ride on it but I haul stuff so I like the extra capacity. Also my tires do not help. I did not install mine but I heard it is fairly easy. I would have done it but 4 Wheel Parts only charged me $115 to install it.

 

When I got the add-a-leaf, my rear was so high in the air that I got a leveling kit.
