2wd lift

Just purchased an 2006 ext cab lariat. What companies do you recommend for 2 to 3 inch leveling and possibly a block for the rear? I would like to run 33s. Thank you very much for help in this matter.

I have the AutoSpring 2" leveling front spacers on the front and Fabtech 2" blocks on the back. I plan on going with 33 tires as well.
