They are Wet Okole waterproof seat covers. Made in hawaii. You can get them here www.wetokole.com for like $350-$400.

Here is the best pic of the wheel that I have. Someone asked how to get them to stick out like that. Just get 4.5" "negative off set wheels". that will make them stick out 4.5" further than stock but keep in mind that they will kick up dirt and water like a ****.
