Would a plain 3" block from autozone work?

I was in autozone and saw that they had a 3 inch block for like 40 bucks. it came with the ubolts needed and everything... i was just wondering if it would work to replace my factory 2 incher. I heard that f150s take special ones? :S please let me know!

no they will not work, the f150 does use a different style block then any other truck because the spring packs have 2 center pins instead of one.
