4" lift for 02 screw 4x4

I have a 4by screw and I am currently running cooper st Lt 285/75/16's I was wanting to do a 4" lift possibly as I'm already running the max tire size for this amount of lift. I was contemplating cranking the t-bars but I like the look of a moderate amount of lift.I dont want to do a body lift either. I was wondering if i do lift my truck 4" inches would the lift level the look out from front to back? The only 4" lifts I have seen for 97-03 is rancho, tuff country and rough country. any help is apreciated in advance!!

I dont think the lift is gonna level the truck. Its hard to say, you would have to ask someone with one of those lifts to be sure.

id say to crank the torsion bars just enough to level the truck, a few cranks will do it.

Honestly id deffinitely day to do a 6" Fabtech or 5.5" RCD i think you would be much happier with one of those lifts.

Just my .02

The 6 inch Fabtech and 5 inch RCD lifts are probably the best lifts for our trucks, followed by the 4 inch Rancho. Most of the lift kits on the market are designed to level the truck truck. In other words, most 4 inch lifts will lift the front of the truck 4 inches and the rear around 2. Any of the above lifts will allow you to fit 35x12.50's.

so wandell your sayin I could fit 35s w/ just a 4 in lift? I had to trim my lower valence for the 33 tires i have now to fit but my truck is bone stock as far as suspension goes. I have heard both pros and cons about the 4 in rancho and the rcd/fabtech kits are a little pricey for my taste- if I had the coin it would ABSOLUTLY be the 6 in fabtech- thats what my bud monty says but I'm tryin to save coin for a down payment on a house as well as mod my truck

either will work but id go with the 10" wide wheels just incase you ever want to go with a bigger tire.

They're not that bad actually. i haven't really put them through their courses though, just the little snow that we've had and dirt roads are about it.
