97-03 2wd leveling kit

just wondering with my 01 5.4l 2wd to raise the front end level with the back to fit 26's all i need is the 2" spacer or do i need new control arms and longer shocks like it says on some ebay listings.

How big rims can i go with no leveling kit.

Thanks

I'm not sure about what you need to do to fit 26's, but I would never, ever lift a truck/suv any to fit a large street wheel. I'm pretty sure you can fit 26's at stock height with the right wheel and tire.

That did look weird! I still say you need to lower the rear with some lowering shackles. If you have any rubbing, try to do some minor trimming. You don't want to lift the truck to fit a wheel like that or you may wind up looking like a donk. I'd also remove the nerf bars.
Those wheels are sweet!! However, I did not see them listed in your 5x135mm bolt pattern so they may not be available for your truck.

I found some listed in the 5x135 and where would it rub on the front if it did, and if i have to get a leveling kit does it require to have longer aftermarket control arms and shocks, only reason i wanted a leveling kit is so the truck sits up in the front and level with the back, dont want to drop the back any still want it to sit up like a truck, and too much work involved and cost droping it dont care about droping it.

What size diameter tire do you plan on using? If the overall diameter is the same, then you probably do not need a leveling kit.
You can try looking at the Rough Country spindle lift. I have 3" on my '01 with the stock control arms.

Like I said, if you lift your truck to fit 26's, you will probably wind up looking like a donk. No offense, it's your truck and you should do what you want but most members here think donks look ridiculous (like the truck in the link) and will give you a hard time.

what size rims are those on that truck and yea i dont care for the rims and it looks like crap to be honest with you, should i just go with 24's or what, i want the biggest rim possible but dont want it to look like a donk, or look just out of place.

Those are 26's or 28's on that f150??

like this truck has 26's and looks fine, i dont see how a leveling kit will make my truck look like a donk it only raises the front 2" up to sit level with the back, i dont tihnk it will look too bad idk i will have to see if i can fit 26's without one, what will rub if it does rub

i measured from the ground to the fender i have 33" in the front and 34" in the back.
Then i measured from front to back in the wheel wells as in horiziontal in the front and back i got 36" so would i rub with 26's and yea i agree about a leveling kit it sits pretty level now only a 1" difference and the leveling kits i have found are 2" i dont want that bull dog look either

Maybe you should just go with 24's. I know a 305/35-24 is basically a 33x12.50-24 tire and that should fit fine using the right wheel without geting into lifting the front end.
